Become Highly Effective Manager by following simple rules

To Become a really successful in life you need people and you have to deal with them if you want or don’t want. I have seen many people who are bad at people skills but wanted to achieve something big. If you miss these things there are chances that no matter how good you are in your skills you will not be able to achieve your goal in life. Reason being most of Indian companies are not able to compete with us based company reason being they have Democratic managers they don’t care about their employees.

Goal Setting

1) Effective goal setting:- Agree on your goals like you have created an algorithm to get the data from friends of friends in an effective way in 1 week.

ii) Create a MOM and share it with each and every member in the team or who is directly or indirectly connected with this.

iii) Read it daily in a meeting

iv) Cross check daily by your performance. (Should be done in a minute)

Praising

2) Praising:- Give compliments at a time if someone had done good work. Be very honest about feedback. Reason being all of the people are criticizing people for not doing a good work and they might not get motivated for doing a good work.

ii) tell them specifically what work was good and what you feel about it and let them know how much that work was important and wait till he/she also feels the feeling you shared about the task.

iii) Keep encourage them for doing the same

Reprimand

3) Reprimand:- Tell him/her what they did wrong. Share your feelings about what you feel. And wait and let them feel the same.

ii) let them know you really support them.

iii) let the value they are creating

iv) let them know the only issue was the mistake they have made.

Match your Goal

4) Match your Goal:- see whether your goal matches with expectations or not.
